Upon further research with the manufacturer, we found that Delphi is an branch of AC Delco. AC Delco out sources their parts Globally. They test the parts and as long as the part meets their standards they will sell it as an AC Delco part. Therefore you received what you ordered.

Даже если выбрать только один топливный фильтр, то самый дешевый способ доставки International Economy 105 долларов. Ниже этой цифры доставка не опускается ни при каких обстоятельствах. Что это? "Потепление" отношений Россия-США, или что-то с моим компюьтером?

Vagan Posted April 23, 2008 Author Posted April 23, 2008 Еще интересней, что доставка шаровой в румынию FedEx'ом - 35$, а в Россию - 105$ Хотя што там до той Румынии... Кстати, в Армению, Грузию - тоже 35$. И даже в Казахстан и Монголию - тоже 35$ !!! И к бацьке Лукашенке тоже 35... А к туркменбаши отправляют ТОЛЬКО EMS'ом за 65$. Забавное наблюдение, мы везде в заднице... :( ---- З.Ы. Даже в Ботсвану - тоже 35$..

"International shipping rates can change, sometimes very rapidly, due to circumstances beyond our (or your) control. Also, parts inventories can change in a short time. If that happens, it can mean that a part must ship from a different warehouse - and that can mean it must ship on a different carrier, different route, and/or for a different distance. All of those can affect the shipping rate. And, of course, carriers can change their "live" rates quickly." Сегодня написал еще, вдруг что прояснится. Good Afternoon. Thank you for quick answer. I understand everything. But the problem is not resolved. There are thousands of parts in your store, but no one can be shipped less than 105 usd. Try to choose any part and then choose the location Russia: only one type of shipping (Fedex) and the shipping price no less than 105 usd. Now try to enter another country buying the same part - there are many choices of shipping method and the same Fedex is only 35 usd. Many countries are much more further from USA than Russia, but the shipping price is 35 usd, in Russia 105 USD. How can you explain this? I can't buy a fuel filter for 5 usd and pay 105 usd for shipping. 18.04.2008 the minimal shipping price by Fedex was 35 usd, now 105 usd. I ask you to explain me this nonsense. It's not a problem of many warehouses or carriers. It's a problem of shipping only to Russia. Any other country has no such a high minimal shipping price. I'll be waiting for your answer. M.Mironi Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Получил ответ от Rockauto. Thank you for your email. We do apologize for the difficulties, but currently, some carriers will not ship to Russia. FedEx does ship to Russia, but only to St. Petersburg or Moscow. If Moscow is the chosen location, FedEx will only ship there if the parts are worth less than $100.00. We are not sure why this is, or how long it will remain that way. I am guessing that the reason the high cost is coming up is either due to FedEx not being able to come back with an exact quote, or a quote at all, because it does not follow the rules that FedEx is forcing everyone to adhere to, so their system shoots back a "best way - quote not available" or an extremely high quote because of the error. Again, this is just an idea of what could be going on, and we do apologize for the inconvenience. It is not our wish to have to jump through these hoops, unfortunately, we do not have unlimited options for carriers. Отправил письмо следующего содержания, посмотрим что ответят. "Hello. As shipping relations improve, we will hopefully be able to offer more methods of shipment to more locations in Russia.
