регулировка заслонки TBI на ХХ

привет всем. проблема состоит в том что нажатии на педаль газа заслонка TBI заедает. При осмотре и открытии заслонки вручную она заедала так же.Оказалось что предыдущий хозя или какой то умелец выкрутил винт регулировки заслонки полностью, и при работе заслонка аж выбила борозду в теле TBI и начала подклинывать.

в мурзиле Repair Center Caprice 90-93 (Спасибо VladimirSh) нашел как ее отрегулировать

1. Using a suitable tool, pierce the idle stop screw plug and remove it. Plug any necessary vacuum ports and connect a tachometer to the engine.
   
2. With the IAC valve connected, ground the diagnostic terminal (ALDL connector).
   
3. Turn ignition switch to the ON position, but do not start the engine. Wait for at least 45 seconds, allowing the IAC valve pintle to fully extend and seat.
   
4. With the ignition switch still ON and test terminal grounded, disconnect Idle Air Control (IAC) electrical connector.
   
5. Remove the ground from diagnostic lead and start the engine.
   
6. Adjust the idle speed screw to obtain 400-450 rpm with the transmission in N.
   
7. Turn the ignition OFF and reconnect connector at IAC motor.
   
8. Adjust the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) to specifications.
   
9. Recheck the setting, start the engine and check for proper idle operation.
   

вопрос по 8 пункту

TSP отсоединить сначала , а потом установить обратно? или просто снять с него конектор подключения?

Если дословно то "настроить TPS в соответствии со спецификацией"...тока вот как его можно настроить хз....было бы интересно услышать ответ. Судя по всему сначала снять его и установить обратно. Может дядя Реверс что нить полезное скажет?

TPS регулируется по напряжению, при закрытой заслонке напряжение 0,58-0,58 вольт.

Дядя реверс может сказать ток одно-если в корпусе ТБИ есть такой пропил то его можно только выкинуть.Даж если он не будет клинить-то будет пропускать мимо канала ХХ.

Регулировка ДПДЗ вообщем то не нужна-в нулевом положении значение должно быть не равно 0.Более того в поздних версиях датчик вообще устанавливается однозначно-без каких либо регулировок.

Собрал шнурок для чтения ALDL как описывал соклубник http://freedomcars.r...dl&fromsearch=1

Подключил буку к машине, запустил ALDL. при выкрученном винте ограничения хода дроссельной заслонки ХХ был на уровне 900 об/мин.Достал мурзилку и как написано после прогрева двигателя попытался выставить обороты по мануалу.

• Block the drive wheels and apply the parking brake. Remove the air cleaner assembly and or air duct. Remove and plug any vacuum hoses on the tube manifold assembly, if equipped.
  
• Connect a suitable scan tool onto the ALDL connector. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
  
• Select the FIELD SERVICE MODE on the scan tool.
  
• This will cause the IAC valve pintle to seat in the throttle body (closing the air passage). Wait at least 20 seconds, disconnect the IAC valve connector, then exit the FIELD SERVICE MODE.
  
• Using the ROAD TEST MODE on the scan tool, select engine rpm.
  
• Place the transmission in the P or N position. Start and run the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature and Closed Loop operation as read on the scan tool. It may be necessary to hold the throttle open slightly to maintain an idle.
  
• Select ENGINE RPM on the scan tool and read the engine speed.
  

The engine should be at normal operating temperature and in the Closed Loop. Accessories and cooling fan should be off. Vehicles at high altitude may have higher engine rpm.

• Make sure that the throttle and cruise control cables do not hold the throttle open. The idle speed should be set at the following specifications:
  
  • 3.1L (VIN D) engine - 600plus or minus50 rpm.
    
  • 4.3L (VIN Z) engine - 425plus or minus25 rpm.
    
  • 5.0L (VIN E) engine - 475plus or minus25 rpm.
    
  • 5.7L (VIN 7) engine - 475plus or minus25 rpm.
    

  [*]Adjust the minimum idle speed if necessary. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.

  [*]Connect the IAC valve electrical connector.

  [*]Reset IAC valve pintle position as follows:

  • Depress accelerator slightly.
    
  • Start the engine and hold the speed above 2000 rpm for 5 seconds.
    
  • Turn ignition OFF for 10 seconds.
    
  • Restart the engine and check for proper idle operation.
    

  [*]Disconnect the scan tool and remove the blocks from the drive wheels.

  [*]Install air cleaner assembly.

Получилось довести до 500 об/мин.

После подключения IAC и сброса настроек как написанно в мурзилке -обороты стали 600.

Посмотрел видео соклубника http://freedomcars.r...=1

там вроде ХХ выше

Подскажите. Нормальные обороты или завышены/занижены?????
