  1. глаза боятся-руки делают))) панель до конца не обязательно снимать.достаточно отодвинуть,места хватит
  2. еще одна наколка.измерить компрессию.были случаи выпадения рокеров вследствие плохой работы компенсаторов
  3. подключаем прибор и смотрим чем болеет...чудес не бывает)))
  4. как динамика авто? дёргается ли в движении? первое-ДАГНОСТИКА!!! но,не тупое считывание кодов,которых может и не быть,а нормальный просмотр данных! не так давно,знакомого приговорили на замену кислородника-не переключался.поменял-картина та же.дымогенератором нашёл два лишних отверстия.одно в левой клапанной крышке,под жгутом проводки.второе в резиновом шланге системы PCV. симптомы были такие же,трясло на Х.Х.ехала,правда ,нормально. после дождя обильного,неделю назад,на другом таком же,вода попала в колодец 8-го цилиндра.дергался приезде.получился пробой свечи по изолятору и внутренней поверхности наконечника В.В провода. ежели нужна помощь-обращайтесь

  6. Если Ваш прибор в PID не выходит,можно и в рукопашную,для себя же делаете.С датчиком положения распредвала,на этих моторах,частенько проблема возникала,причем без кодов. Для начала понять,отчего бедная смесь...
  7. интересны показания датчиков.судя по 91 и 41 в динамике,возможен элементарный подсос воздуха.31-система EGR,похожие симптомы.да ещё 22 в памяти.BP/MAP cсенсор...только по кодам работать не очень корректно,может и кислородники не надо было менять..

Refer to Section 00-02.Clean all dirt from area of axle housing cover (4033) .Drain rear axle lubricant by removing axle housing cover .Filling CAUTION: Make sure machined surfaces on both axle housing cover and rear axle housing (4010) are clean before installing the new silicone sealant. Inside of rear axle housing must be covered when cleaning the machined surface to prevent axle contamination. Tighten the axle housing cover bolts (4346) in a crosswise pattern to ensure uniform draw on cover. NOTE: Axle housing cover assembly must be installed within 15 minutes of the silicone rubber application or new silicone rubber must be applied. Apply Silicone Rubber D6AZ-19562-AA or -BA or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESB-M4G92-A or WSE-M4G323-A1. Install axle housing cover and tighten axle housing cover bolts to 38-52 Nm (28-38 lb-ft). Add Motorcraft Premium Rear Axle Lubricant XY-80W90-QL or -KL or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSP-M2C197-A until it is 6-14 mm (0.250-0.562 inch) below bottom of fill hole.
